Processing time:
The processing time for our orders is typically 1 - 5 days depending on the number of items that one orders.
Shipping and Delivery Times:
U.S - Midland orders Takes about 7-11 business days for delivery.
Canada orders Takes about 7-14 business days for delivery.
International orders Takes about 9-24 business days for delivery.
Return Policy:
All purchases are non-refundable. The purchases are non-returnable, unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped.
Replacement:
You may request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:
1. We sent the wrong item
2. The item received is defective (including damaged in transit, or book defect)
*Please note that you may not return books after purchase. However, we will replace defective merchandise.
